Richard’s knows that customers want a one-stop shop that will take care of them for the life of the hot tub/swim spa. We have factory certified service technicians who all are required to stay updated with current standards by going to at least 3 trainings per year to maintain their certification.

We’ve taken all the work away! Every quarter there are things you need to do in order to properly take care of your hot tub/swim spa and those things are listed below. We will do all of these for you once a quarter like clockwork while you sit back and enjoy your beautiful Richard’s backyard.
This includes:
Drain the hot tub (Swim Spas do not get fully emptied)
Clean and rotate the filters
Clean the entire hot tub / spa, including the jets
Buff the inside
Clean the outside like brand new
Clean the cover and add conditioner to keep it looking brand new
Refill the hot tub with water and treat it with the proper chemicals
This can be a lot of work for a customer to do every week, so we offer our Hot Tub Valet Service, where we do all of these things for you on a quarterly basis to ensure it remains in pristine condition for your family’s enjoyment! This means customers do not have to worry about any of the cleaning and maintenance for their unit, and it is handled by the professionals from Richard’s TBS!
Our certified trained technicians know exactly what each customer needs for their specific hot tub or swim spa, so they kind of play the role of “doctor” when they come to service and “diagnose” and give a “prescription” for exactly what our customers unit need to keep it running in pristine condition.
