Jose Rivera did a great job on our Hot Tub. He took time to walk me through the chemical part of our tub. He is very knowledgeable! Jose was very professional but yet made you feel comfortable like a friend.

My first contact with Richard's was online to check out their company. I filled out a form about midnight on a Wednesday and received a call on Thursday. I was actually busy at work, but the man on the phone sounded so energetic. I listened to his pitch and I was getting excited about my test swim for Saturday morning. He wanted to set up an appointment right away. He suggested Saturday early in the morning to beat the weekend rush. I was reluctant since I live 45min away, but he sounded sure of the products so I agreed. When I arrived Saturday morning I was impressed with the showroom. I had been to another place 4 miles from my house and was not impressed as I was when I stepped into Richard's TBS. I was greeted by my salesperson Chris. He was just as energetic that morning as he was during our phone conversation. We went through the tour and then the test swim. I was offered a towel, water, and a robe for after the test swim. Chris showed me more than I had imagined for a test swim. He explained everything so well and confidently. I was sure I had the best salesperson. He talked about his experience in the business and the continuing education that all salespeople receive. He told me there were people working there longer than he. I was convinced I had the best salesperson. You couldn't tell me otherwise. I can tell the continuing education of the staff really shows. While he was writing up my contract I overheard other salespeople and Chris was right. All of them sounded confident and energetic about the products they were talking about. I let Chris know that my experience was the best to date and I have no problem driving 45min for excellent service. I ended up putting a down payment on a swimspa that was bigger than i had intended to buy (it helps it was on sale). I'm so excited for the delivery. I don't know anyone in the market for a pool, spa, or swimspa, but if I did I would insist they go to Richard's total backyard solutions.

Jose Manuel was very friendly and professional when he came for the service call. He diagnosed the problem and said they would need to order the replacement parts for the repair and we would schedule the repair. I heard from the service department manager, Paula Nezat, within the hour. The repair was scheduled a few days out and Jose returned with another serviceman to assist him. They made the scheduled repairs in a timely manner. I had to wait 24 hours for the glue to dry from the repair to test the system. The tub still leaked and I called Paula right away to let her know. Paula scheduled Jose to return two days later to complete the job. Jose returned on time and spent several hours working to ensure there were no more leaks in the plumbing. The project was completed to my satisfaction and everyone involved was polite and professional. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their hot tub.

We had a very successful project with Richard's. Process went smoothly and we have had no issues yet, 3 months after completion. From design to final completion took about 4 months in 2021/2022.

We moved to the Houston area from the PNW in October and knew we'd like a pool to cool off in the summer. Though Richard's wasn't the cheapest, they certainly came with an onslaught of ancillary benefits and perks. Throughout any construction process, there are bound to be challenges, and our case was no different. The importance of communication can not be understated, and I feel as though any of the communication mishaps that we experienced in the beginning were able to be worked through by the end of our project. José (our project manager) was a shining star in this category and a saving grace. The whole team at Richard's was fair, professional, and absolutely reasonable. As I stated in the beginning, construction on your home is always stressful, but I'm confident that we have a team that will stand behind their products for years to come.
